ChanGun (Bryan) Jeong, PMP, In3 Project Finance Specialist and Asia & S-Korea Practice Lead
With expertise throughout the Asia-Pacific region, but based in Canada, Mr. Jeong leads In3’s practice in these regions and has gained proficiency in In3’s systems, enabling his rapid advancement. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Chungbuk National University, South Korea, he brings drive, precision, and practical judgment to his work.
Mr. Jeong supports project developers, EPC companies, guarantors, financial institutions, and strategic partners in evaluating and advancing qualified project finance opportunities through In3 Capital’s funding solutions.

Stacey Roberts, MBA, President Pine Grove Enterprises

Stacey Roberts is an industrial project executive and owner’s-representative with over 20 years of experience delivering complex mid-market capital projects across renewable natural gas (RNG), anaerobic digestion, biomass/wood products, bioprocessing, and carbon-related infrastructure. He specializes in bridging the gap between project development and execution, ensuring projects are technically sound, realistically scoped, and capital-ready.
As an In3 Capital Affiliate, Stacey supports project sponsors and investors through project readiness assessments, execution risk identification, and refinement of business plans and capital strategies. His background spans development, EPC oversight, commissioning, startup, and operational recovery—providing investors with practical, field-validated insight into constructability, schedule, cost, and performance risk.
Stacey is the President of Pine Grove Enterprises, LLC and has led or supported dozens of industrial projects throughout North America. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and is based in Florida. ![]()

Entrepreneurial engineer with 25+ years of clean energy leadership spanning the full biomass value chain — from fiber sourcing and pellet manufacturing through pyrolysis, gasification, and advanced thermal conversion to carbon credit monetization and federal tax incentive optimization. Former Technical Director at Enviva (NYSE: EVA), the world’s largest industrial wood pellet producer.
As an In3 Affiliate, Barron sources and structures clean energy, biocarbon, waste-to-value, sustainable aviation fuel, BECCS, and data center power integration projects, bringing technical depth and project finance expertise to de-risk, validate, and close. ![]()
Victoria Vestal, Managing General Partner, SolCatalyst (USA)
Victoria develops and invests in clean energy, advanced manufacturing, and data center infrastructure. She leads SolCatalyst LLC, supporting scalable deployment across power, manufacturing, and compute.
With In3 Capital Group and mutual partners, Victoria has built and exited a 500 MW solar module manufacturing facility in Texas, and has procured over 100 MW of solar cells for Tier 1 clients. She continues to develop large-scale energy infrastructure, including utility-scale solar in Arizona aligned with data center demand, as well as data center natural gas power infrastructure across the East Coast.
