Join forces with In3 as an Affiliate “office” to expand our mutual opportunities, increase frequency of success, and get paid as an advisor
In3 Capital Group offers a unique revenue-sharing and referral fee program for those who bring qualified investment opportunities, under our Completion Assurance Program™ (CAP funding), and learn our systems for screening and pre-qualifying leads.
We also value being introduced to new investors or backers/sponsors of investments we make. The alternative to becoming a Registered In3 Affiliate is to remain “arm’s length” on transactions. Affiliates get paid more.

Most of our affiliates are outside the US and bring special skills but with experience in Project Finance
Who is this for? Financial advisors, asset managers, investment bankers, consultants, business development professionals, accountants, lawyers, sustainability practitioners, financial service intermediaries, project developers with special skills in finance, and probably many others.
What is your niche or your firm’s specialty? The more specialized the better in terms of unique contributions, clear contracting, and working together toward mutual benefit.
We can still pay consultants and project sponsors who originate deals we fund, but you’d get paid more if you also screened and pre-qualified (as well as the occasional need to better organize, verify/validate and package) the client projects you introduced to us.
If interested in becoming an Affiliate, please carefully read Role & Responsibilities of In3 Affiliates.
See industries we prefer — most of these deliver social and/or environmental benefits, such as cleantech or renewables, regenerative or conservation, climate-related, catalytic capital, or more mainstream commercial real estate. We simply cannot fund anything that does social and/or environmental harm.
Even if you do not become an Affiliate, we appreciate it when intermediaries bring us projects or ventures via our Onboarding System, indicating the current Feasibility Score (1-5 scale). more
NOTE: Following three annual Affiliate MasterClasses, we now allow self-study of these materials plus monthly Affiliate Forums to learn our systems, gain registration and earn increased compensation. Contact us with your LinkedIn profile and/or resume showing your background and qualifications if interested.
In3 Capital’s current focus is co-developing and funding mid-market projects across diverse “sustainable infrastructure” sectors, including healthcare, waste-to-value, renewable energy, and “regenerative” / sustainable agriculture, and much more, in cooperation with our capital partners, with multiple funding options available for up to 100% of the project’s costs. CAP funding’s advantages make it unique in the marketplace, with greater ease and flexibility with whatever stage of readiness, no fees for due diligence or other costs prior to closing, and a pre-qualification step that saves everyone from wasting time in the “dark alley” (uncertainty) of other funder’s due diligence process.
We share deal flow and promote the services of top-performing In3 “Master” Affiliates. Those profiled on our website show their specializations (in some cases, geographic focus with “local” knowledge not widely shared by others, industry experience, etc.), and we would work with new Affiliates, once fully onboarded, in a similar way. An Affiliate questionnaire and quiz ensures you are familiar with our systems so leads get the attention they deserve.
Finance Professionals welcome to join In3’s team
Boutique financial services and other professional service firms are also welcome as Affiliates. We strive for unique representation by geographic location, such as the countries or regions shown below, but we also welcome those who have networks that can help add value beyond project finance deals.
An emerging part of In3’s practice extends an opportunity to asset owners as part of a syndicated fund offering. These “Done For You” (DFY) projects must meet a higher standard of due diligence than when the client facilitates their own guarantee. If you have a network of asset owners/managers that would be interested in this program, please contact us. For clients seeking these services, share this introduction.
Refer also to In3’s Security Solution Center for the options available to clients, either those they self-perform or several Done For You (DFY) premium services.
Let us be your preferred Capital Providers
In3 Capital offers fee-sharing programs, webinars and team trainings on how to gain advantages (lower overall cost of capital, faster, more flexible investment criteria, streamlined due diligence) using our “next gen”, mid-market “CAP” project financing.
Based on the success of our well-attended annual sessions 2019-2021, we have diverse, talented, highly motivated In3 Affiliate team members. If you and/or your team bring special talents or industry focus, we’d like to hear from you.
Program Structure
In3’s Affiliates are organized by region (or specific countries), by industry (or groups of industries, such as “renewable resources”) or in some cases by impacts or issues. This notion of purpose-driven investing has greatly expanded in the past decade and now includes (partial list) …
- Climate finance, climate change mitigation, net carbon negative, carbon credits and tax equities
- Access to sustainable energy, transportation, clean water, food security
- Poverty alleviation, eco-restoration, regeneration (such as with agroforestry, food forests, healthy soils, healthy oceans; more)
- The built environment: green buildings, affordable housing
- Fire suppression (fuel and water management) due to droughts….

Benefits include gaining access to tools (contracting, assessment, intake, structuring deals), In3 co-branding (use of logo and email systems), access to our network of investors and development finance institutions for contracted clients, collaboration on deal flow to make the work easier, and thus generate additional revenue.
As of Winter 2020/2021, In3 Capital Group maintains territory representation agreements in the following regions and countries:
- Western Europe (UK, Germany, France, HQ in Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland)
- Eastern Africa (Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya), and South Africa. Multiple agents in W. Africa, including Ghana, Senegal, and others, but non-exclusive.
- Developing Asia:
- Our South Asia (India) Affiliate office has the region covered but there’s room for other representatives focused elsewhere.
- SE Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.
- Americas & Caribbean: Presently only representation is in Ecuador; other nations including Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina remain open.
- N. America: we have coverage in W. and E. Canada, California (except Los Angeles), Florida, Texas, and Washington, DC.
We are open to new affiliates in other countries or regions than these. In some cases, with specialization in certain industries, there can be overlap. Examples of regions where In3 seeks to establish affiliated offices:
- Vietnam/Cambodia/Mekong Delta region of Southeast Asia
- Central American nations — most are open
- Caribbean nations — most are open
- South America — all but those listed above (examples of where we can add Affiliates: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru)
- Middle East / N. Africa
- Eastern Europe, except Uzbekistan and Ukraine, where we already have representation
- Australia/New Zealand/Pacific Islands.
When there’s overlap, we can still arrange areas of collaboration toward mutual benefit, such as sharing deal flow and fees.
Affiliates and Joint Venture (JV) partners work with us based on a written contract that defines (a) role & responsibilities, (b) operating principles, and (c) fee-sharing schedules and protects mutual interests. We prefer experienced consultants and intermediaries with a sincere desire to learn what is different about In3’s approach. Most important qualifications are technical competence, communication/social/sales skills, and honesty.
