Scott “Sven” Swenson is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with a diverse background in energy production and capital projects supporting such. Jennifer Reeves, In3 Affiliate & Business Development Team Lead

Affiliate Partner focused on bridging technical excellence and impact capital, Jennifer is a seasoned professional passionate about driving innovation and purpose-driven growth in resource and infrastructure sectors. With a career grounded in geology, reservoir modeling, and subsurface asset optimization, Jennifer brings a deep understanding of project feasibility to In3 Capital’s pipeline.

Jennifer supports founders, developers, and operators in preparing bankable project finance packages, conducting technical due diligence, and navigating alternative capital structures across renewable energy, geothermal, and nature-based climate solutions.  LinkedIn

Stacey Roberts, MBA, President Pine Grove Enterprises

Stacey Roberts is an industrial project executive and owner’s-representative with over 20 years of experience delivering complex mid-market capital projects across renewable natural gas (RNG), anaerobic digestion, biomass/wood products, bioprocessing, and carbon-related infrastructure. He specializes in bridging the gap between project development and execution, ensuring projects are technically sound, realistically scoped, and capital-ready.

As an In3 Capital Affiliate, Stacey supports project sponsors and investors through project readiness assessments, execution risk identification, and refinement of business plans and capital strategies. His background spans development, EPC oversight, commissioning, startup, and operational recovery—providing investors with practical, field-validated insight into constructability, schedule, cost, and performance risk.

Stacey is the President of Pine Grove Enterprises, LLC and has led or supported dozens of industrial projects throughout North America. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and is based in Florida.

Barron Hewetson

Entrepreneurial engineer with 25+ years of clean energy leadership spanning the full biomass value chain — from fiber sourcing and pellet manufacturing through pyrolysis, gasification, and advanced thermal conversion to carbon credit monetization and federal tax incentive optimization. Former Technical Director at Enviva (NYSE: EVA), the world’s largest industrial wood pellet producer. 

As an In3 Affiliate, Barron sources and structures clean energy, biocarbon, waste-to-value, sustainable aviation fuel, BECCS, and data center power integration projects, bringing technical depth and project finance expertise to de-risk, validate, and close.

Victoria Vestal, Managing General Partner, Variety Energy (USA)

Ms. Vestal and her company serve as developers and advisors of solar, wind, hydro and WTE renewable energy projects globally.  With In3 Capital Group and mutual partners, Variety Energy develops, builds and funds renewable energy projects globally, selling power to IPPs and Fortune 100 offtakers.  In addition to co-developing and funding such projects, Variety can introduce qualified EPC firms, and serve as marketing and distribution strategy advisor for Solar component manufacturers.  Variety works globally to open up new renewables markets as well as new vertical markets (solar in sports, medical, education).  Focus has historically been on North America, including Mexico, but also works extensively in Europe and the developing world. 

India

GlobeTap is a strategic business advisory firm, led by its principal, Kabeer Minhas.  His full service consultancy is focused on project financing through In3 Capital as well as development finance institutions such as the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).  GlobeTap has over 15 years of experience in finance and business consulting and has helped numerous clients with financing, new market entry, and government relations consulting for projects in India, the Middle East, and Caribbean & Latin America. Mr. Minhas has provided top level care for his clients across diverse industries such as healthcare, education, agriculture, energy, security, and telecom. ChanGun (Bryan) Jeong, Founder/CEO, JNS Finance Ltd. (Canada & Asia & South Korea)

Mr. Jeong is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a licensed civil engineer, with extensive expertise in financial advising, project management, engineering, and EPC on a global scale. He is focused on financial consultancy and advising for project financing through In3 Capital funding solutions, actively engaging in strategic financial consultation with project developers.

As an In3 Affiliate and facilitator for private lenders, he is dedicated to fostering collaboration and creating synergies for the developers engaging EPC companies, financial intuitions and other partners in South Korea, Asia and worldwide.  JNS Finance Ltd. serves a diverse range of sectors, including infrastructure, renewable energy, bio energy, real estate, resorts, hotels, manufacturing, and all other environmentally sustainable industries. In collaboration with In3 Capital, JNS Finance operates globally, with a strong presence in South Korea, Southeast Asia, South and Central Asia, Australia, Europe, and East and North Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from ChungBuk National University, South Korea.

West African Region

Practice Lead, Bakary Diallo, MBA is an experienced Financial Analyst with a demonstrated history of analyzing big financial data and financial planning in different industries. Skilled in SAP, ARcollect, Management, Leadership, and Microsoft Excel. He earned his Master of Business Administration, finance emphasis, from The University of Dallas and a BS in Economics from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His In3 focus relies on specialized knowledge of West African nations.

Fojael brings expertise in Management Consulting, Project Financing, and Investment Banking, has previously led project business planning, market research and analytics, financial modeling, competitive intelligence, investment evaluations, and assessed project development and growth opportunities. 

CIF Consulting Services helps commercial project developers to access 100% project finance as well as business consulting and advisory services. CIF opens doors to affordable mid-market capital in the least amount of time — private equity, debt, or both.  CIF is a facilitator of funding solutions through active consultation with project leaders and family office financing partners.   • Brian Cayton, JD, Natural Foods Industry Consultant, recent business development director at Threshold Enterprises, a natural products distributor and manufacturer based in California.
  • Jordan Daniels has served as In3’s Director of Sustainability, bringing expertise in Impact Measurement & Management (IMM), metrics, green building, catalytic capital and is versatile and effective at consulting, project management, construction management and all things sustainability.
  • Max Henrion, Ph.D., is CEO and Founder of Lumina Decision Systems. Lumina creates models to evaluate policies for energy, environment, and climate change using its Analytica software. Analytica users include the California Air Resources Board, CPUC, US EPA, Department of Energy, and the World Bank. Max was previously a Professor in Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. Max is passionate about building software tools to illuminate practical paths to a sustainable future.
  • Yitmin Liang, Ph.D., founding In3 board member, Malaysian diplomat and entrepreneur.  PhD in biochemistry.  Deep experience in green chemistry, nutraceuticals, health and all things Malaysia.  Formerly with HP Labs.
  • Arleen Mitchell, financial consultant (Germany), background includes venture capital, M&A, private equities, licensing, business development and strategic advisory roles. Experience in agribusiness, textiles, technology, entertainment, retail, medical devices, and financial services. Has conducted or co-led successful capital raises (from early stage angel rounds to later stage PE), acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, licensing and business development initiatives.   • Bruce Paton, Ph.D., professor at Menlo College, former Dean of Business and Academic Affairs, was also Dean of Mills College, and former Assistant Professor at San Francisco State University’s business school.  He teaches social innovation, sustainable business, corporate social responsibility and business ethics. Bruce’s specialties include business responses to poverty and social inequalities at the “base of the pyramid”.   • John Sullivan, based in London, brings experience in funds management and investment, investment banking (M&A, restructurings and IPO’s) and since 2016 as CIO of WElink Group (Renewable Energy & Energy Efficient Modular Housing). In this role, he has been instrumental in delivering long term strategic funding and the development of strategic partnerships for the Group including a ~1.5GW (€1.2 billion) strategic partnership with Allianz, a leading global insurance firm to develop, acquire, and operate utility scale ground mounted solar PV plants in Iberia, the rest of Europe and then on global basis.
