Description

If you have one or more projects that qualify for CAP funding, but have questions about the guarantee side, we have two tiers of service available:

  1. Cash & Equivalents are the most conservative and streamline approach, when available or within reach. This can include access to private “bridge” lenders (conditions vary, and some offer unsecured loan when the funds are to be used wisely, while more traditional lenders expect collateral), bank Lines of Credit, sale of an existing asset, or creative use of distressed, semi-liquid or in some cases even illiquid assets (ranging from appraised artwork to buildings, precious metals to public equities) with the proper records and receipts.  Many of our clients are surprised to discover that their bank will open an account (they are incentivized to do so) that can be leveraged toward reasonably safe undertakings.  Depends on the bank and banker(s) involved.
  2. Done For You (DFY) guarantees are available to well-qualified client projects and portfolios, where In3 carefully audits and collaborates with clients to assess and improve the file (package of materials), tear sheet/presentation, or recommends changes to increase the odds of success.

Fundraising success depends on many factors, not the least of which is you, and your ability to present yourself in a way that impatient gatekeepers consider both you and the opportunity credible. Sometimes this is more a matter of what you don’t say but can demonstrate with financial tools they understand. You can depersonalize this to rely more heavily on your documentation and “bona fides” (good faith), such as through audited financial statements.  Either way, we know the terms & conditions for partner capital, so an exchange of information and a strategy session or two will help sort out next steps.
